Mixed Feelings About My Recent Stay

infrequent cleaning uncomfortable beds

The location was acceptable, near several restaurants.

The room cleaning only happened every three days. I felt a bit gross. There was no designated place to dispose of trash within the hotel. I had to carry it around. The beds were not comfortable. I tossed and turned all night.

spacious room lobby area

the room felt quite spacious, especially when compared to other accommodations i've stayed at in japan. i appreciated the little area in the lobby that provided toiletries i might have forgotten.

The sink in the room drained slowly though. The water seemed to be slightly clogged.

clogged sink strange noise

I found a couple of issues . the sink in the room drained quite slowly. It seemed slightly clogged (a minor inconvenience, admittedly). more concerning, there was a strange noise each night after 11:30 p.m. it sounded like a vacuum or some kind of machinery. it was hard to pinpoint its exact source, but closing the window seemed to help a bit (i wonder what that was about).
